After the Mildura Fun Fly earlier in the year and during the winter season it was time to strip and rebuild my model trailer. The original trailer was great for towing being about 1.5m from road to roof, but internal space was limited due to height, and not much room for wing bags and everything else.

Time for a redesign - longer, taller, multi-level, storage, solar, inverter, lighting.

Trailer was stripped, frame cut in half, 600mm added into the frame, mezzanine and wing bag frame welded in, clad with aluminum sign board. Internal was completely carpeted. Solar, battery and inverter added for comforts. Tread plate added on the nose and side for protection. Bright bold rear tail lights, single piano hinged rear and side doors.
